How we handle your files and job search data

Uploaded files are cleared from our processing servers once a conversion or optimization task is complete. Conversion task logs and job search queries are retained only as long as needed to operate the service, then removed or anonymized on a fixed schedule. We apply access controls so that only authorized staff can reach stored records. Personal contact data submitted through job inquiries remains restricted to authorized recipients. We do not share candidate details with third parties beyond the employers or roles you choose to contact, and we do not repurpose personal file data for external advertising or for training AI models.

Retention limits apply to processing servers, task history, and search records. You may request deletion of your stored data at any time through the contact page, and we will confirm once removal is complete.
